Use the recommended detergent dosage
More detergent does not automatically produce cleaner laundry. Excess product can leave residue in the drawer, door area or drum. Follow detergent guidance, the selected cycle and the instructions for Auto Dispense where applicable.
Let moisture clear after use
Remove finished laundry promptly. Where the manual permits, allow the drum and door area to dry and wipe away visible moisture from accessible surfaces. This is especially useful in Malaysia’s humid climate.
Run Drum Clean+ when prompted
Drum Clean+ is the appliance’s dedicated drum-care cycle. Run it according to the on-screen reminder and Samsung instructions. Do not add an unapproved cleaner or laundry unless the manual specifically tells you to do so.
Care for accessible parts
- Wipe the glass door and door seal gently
- Keep the detergent drawer clean as instructed
- Check the drain filter only by the manual’s procedure
- Keep the water inlet and drain hoses unobstructed
- Do not block ventilation around the appliance
Owner care and scheduled care are different
Everyday upkeep remains the owner’s responsibility. Scheduled CUCKOO care is a separate support programme provided during the service period included with the selected package. It does not replace the Samsung manual or repair service.
